zen360 narrative

The creation of Zen360 first began through Jasmaine’s work in 2013 as a mentor for teenage girls impacted by sexual violence. After graduating from Georgia State University with her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Jasmaine began to work as a sexual assault counselor, at a non-profit in Atlanta. Throughout her work, she has developed expressive interventions to help survivors establish a life of wholeness in spite of their trauma narrative.
Jasmaine’s purpose through Zen360 is to provide inclusive approaches for clinicians and expressive modalities for individuals on their healing journey. Her research agenda focuses on sexual trauma and utilizing expressive arts to promote meaning-making.
