International Outreach
To broaden clinicians' perspectives and comprehension of ethnic backgrounds, Zen360 is passionate about doing clinical outreach in Black and Brown communities overseas. The Zen360 Inclusive Trauma Model is taught to participants by the Zen360 International Outreach, ensuring that they are competent when they arrive in the country for their experience. Based on the training offered by Zen360, three primary placements make up the worldwide outreach. In a particular community, Zen360 will put participants in therapeutic play-based camps, adolescent retreats for expressive art, or day clinics for mental health. To make sure that every participant gets the most out of the experience, Zen360 works in conjunction with the nation's regional community groups and mental health specialists. All community outreach and clinical initiatives are supported by the contributions of volunteers to this program.
Zen360 Institute
Our Play Therapy course is intended for social work and counseling graduate students and mental health professionals. Participants in the course get modules on techniques, ideas, and concepts, as well as information on the history of Play Therapy. This course presents a comprehensive strategy from the Bowens Family Systems viewpoint, which sees the family as an emotionally diverse group that might profit from expressive modalities. Students who take our trauma course will learn about the Inclusive Trauma Model phases, treatment, and how to provide clients with healing and resolution. A multidisciplinary, atheoretical approach to rehabilitation and recovery is part of the Inclusive Trauma Model, which actively considers multiple intersecting identities' role in the risk of exposure to trauma and post-traumatic reactions.

My Path as Zen360 Founder
Although those with master's degrees in mental health are among the lowest paid, mental health is an essential component of every healthy society, relationship, or individual. We are here to support therapists so they may boost their income and enhance their skills. Right now, I'm on a mission to equip, educate, inspire, and motivate therapists to make a difference in the world. My goal is for psychotherapy to have a renaissance in our culture that is sparked by hundreds, then thousands, of therapists spreading truthful messages to the public. I am conscious that every single therapist I can assist in connecting with clients and carrying out transformative work makes the world a better place. Too many therapists working in empty rooms are eager to make a difference. Too many therapists hide their skills in spaces with their caseload of patients and should make sure their enthusiasm endures beyond them. Through advocacy, teaching, research, and services, Zen360's programs and activities achieve their aim of improving mental health and helping clinicians to find their inner peace.
