Year of Return: Black Clinicians Connecting Across the West-African Diaspora
This study is centered on the group of clinicians that Jasmaine and another clinician took to Ghana for the ‘2019 Year of Return’. This study is unique in that it’s the first to focus on heritage tourism for Black counselors, the first cultural immersion study narrated through the lens of practicing clinicians, and one of first Ghana 2019 Year of Return studies.
