Purchasing your flight is your responsibility as a participant. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing a list of travel agents in your state who can assist you in purchasing roundtrip flights to Lagos, Nigeria for the dates of the trip.

We highly recommend aiming for an early arrival on Day 1 of your selected experience. Our programming usually commences by 5:00 PM local time on Day 1, and arriving late may impact your ability to fully participate in activities scheduled for the first day.

Yes, participants can arrive a day early or stay a day late, but please note that additional accommodation and expenses for the extra day(s) will be at your own expense. If you plan to arrive early or depart late, please inform us in advance so we can assist with making arrangements accordingly.

The itinerary provided is subject to change, and detailed information regarding outreach activities and excursions will be provided to trip participants closer to the travel dates.

For obtaining a Nigerian visa, you'll need to complete an application, provide your passport, host letter (provided by Jasmaine), proof of accommodation, proof of roundtrip flight, and proof of sufficient funds for your stay. You will also pay a visa fee and attend your visa appointment.

Vaccination requirements for traveling to Nigeria vary. We highly recommend checking with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for the most up-to-date information on vaccination requirements and travel to Nigeria.
Malaria medication is optional and it’s encouraged you consult your MD on preventative medicine.

We allow payment plans but no extensions. It's essential for us to maintain an accurate count of attendees joining our trip. Missed payments or changes to the timeline can lead to complications that may affect the overall experience for everyone involved.

Our refund policy is strict and does not allow for any refunds under any circumstances. However, if you find yourself unable to fulfill your reservation, you have the option to transfer your room to someone else who doesn't have an existing reservation.
We encourage all participants to consider purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against unexpected cancellations.

At the time of booking, participants must understand that all payments made towards the trip are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the nature of our arrangements with vendors, as we make reservations and payments for lodging, transportation, and food for each individual upon booking to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for the entire group.
We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances. Whether it's due to personal emergencies, medical reasons, travel restrictions, or changes in personal circumstances, our no-refund policy remains in effect.
Participants are encouraged to secure appropriate travel insurance to mitigate any potential losses in the event of cancellation. Any exceptions to this policy will be made at the discretion of the trip organizers and may be subject to additional fees or penalties.
By making a payment for the trip, participants acknowledge and accept this refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter as we strive to provide the best possible experience for all participants involved.
